Below are some items that you should give consideration to before deciding to use
our services. They are mostly common-sense and speed up the process of putting your
site on the web.
- Each page of the website generally has 2-4 photos and 2-6 paragraphs of text. We
are very flexible on the total amount of content you want per page.
- Custom designed (we don't cookie cut or use a template)
- Designed to perform well in search engines (proper keywords in text, titles and
metatags)
- Professionally scanned, cropped, color-corrected, compressed graphics.
- You proof the website before it is released to the public.
- We do not own your website -- you own the final product, not us.
- Completely independent. (No links to other sites unless you request.)
- On-site advertisement such as Google Adsense.
We will estimate the design time and require up-front payment of estimate to schedule
your website design.
A three page website typically takes 6-8 hours of design time. Additional pages
typically take 30-90 minutes.
This design time is minimized when you can provide some or all of the following:
- Provide design materials in an organized and easily understood fashion.
- Provide text for website in digital format (so we don't have to retype).
The design may take longer if you:
- Desire complicated elements like slideshows, hover buttons, flash, virtual tours, printable pages, etc.

Want iD4com to work with third party designers or consultants.

Don't provide us with design expectations (colors, log, layout) before we start or if you change your mind frequently.

Please provide us with information to create your website.
This normally includes:

A brochure or comparable text describing your establishment, pictures, logos, quotations
or testimonials, room descriptions and rates, policies and any additional information
you would like included.If you have specific design elements and/or color schemes
in mind, please include those.

We will place an unobtrusive link at the bottom of your page saying "Website designed,
by iD4com."

We can provide any customer a copy of their website, upon request, on CD-Rom for
£25. We can also provide your web site on business card CD-Rom for £10 each.
Importing Existing Website
We will import your existing website and make changes to improve page load time,
navigability and compatibility between multiple web browsers. We charge £45 per
hour.
£45 usually includes:

Importing 10 pages or less (it's generally £75 for more than 10 pages.)

Reworking your metatags, keywords, picture and page titles.
If needed, we may also:

Rearrange some information on the website to improve navigation and composition
and change the navigation of the website.

This charge does not include any more than minor revisions of content that you want
to make. The charge only includes changes that will improve your website based on
the above factors.

Packages
Our site soultions are designed in ASP.NET with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as the
backend datastore. We can deliver solutions using PHP and ASP with a MySQL backend
datastore. Due to the various hosting providers, it may be that your soultion is
dictated by what they can provide in way of architecture and infrastructure, however,
we would always recommend ASP.NET as the solution where there was a choice.
Since our service is designed around each individual customer we try not to set
out fix packages. However, below is a list to give you a guide in what to expect.
